The Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center is now accepting hotel reservations for this upcoming event. by clicking on the link  below, you can book, modify or cancel your hotel reservations at any time and receive updated information about the event. We look forward to seeing you!

Please note that the hotel has granted us a limited number of rooms at the discounted rate of $109.00 per night. Right now they are holding this rate for reservations made up through April 11. Thereafter, they will decide on a case by case basis whether to continue to extend the rate to additional reservations. Keep in mind that if you attempt to book a room after April 11 and can only get the rack rate, that there may be other less expensive options nearby in the neighborhood.

They have also agreed to make a limited number of rooms available at the reduced rate in the days just before and after the conference. In the event you attempt to book your room on line but the hotel shows no availabilty for any or some of the desired dates, you should just book the dates that are available on  line - likely the  conference dates - and then email me after you register and let me know how you would like to extend your stay, and I will check with the hotel for you to see if they will afford the discounted rate for the extra nights ( I know it is a pain but that is how the sales office seeks to handle it).

So, don't delay in booking your room, as the DC area is a popular tourist destination, especially in the Spring. As of April 8, the hotel is filling up, but there are still a few rooms available at the reduced rate.
